Ramakrishna Mission Vidyamandir, Howrah UG Admission Informations 2014

Ramakrishna Mission Vidyamandir, Belur, Howrah

A Residential Autonomous College affiliated to Calcutta University
College with Potential for excellence
Re-accreditted by NAAC with Grade ‘A’

Admission Information - B.A. / B.Sc. (Honours & General)

Academic Year 2014 - 2015

Students who have passed the Higher Secondary Examination of the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (or its equivalent examination) in the current (or the earlier) session may apply for admission to the 1st year class of the Degree Course. For admission, it is essential to qualify both in the admission test and /or interview conducted by the respective departmental teachers. The suitability of the candidate for the hostels will also be taken into account.

Vidyamandira discourages its newly admitted students from preparing for and appearing at any of the entrance examinations for professional courses, for it has been our experience that a student hardly finds it possible to do justice to his honours course of study if he is not fully committed to it.
